LEVEL ONE
You have never used a trust or LLC for privacy purposes, OR  you do not enjoy, do not have the time, or are otherwise unable to do your own research on trusts for privacy purposes.

LEVEL TWO

You have may have an estate plan in place that includes a living trust.  You have purchased and sold real estate possibly involving LLCs or trusts.  You read the “fine print,” like to know the details of transactions you are involved in, and you do your own research.

LEVEL THREE

You are a CPA, attorney or sophisticated business or real estate professional.  You understand trusts and LLCs and have used them in prior transactions.

The starting point for working with me is to book a privacy evaluation.  After many years of experience, I have found that each person’s situation is unique.  The goal of a privacy evaluation is to educate you on available strategic options for achieving your privacy objectives.  However, it may turn out that what you want to do is simply not possible.
