My client book is at capacity.  I evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis. 

This service will require an engagement letter and payment in advance of a retainer (at least $2,500).

PHONE/SKYPE/EMAIL

I charge $300/hour.  If you are not a California resident, you must identify local counsel that I can work with to ensure compliance with any local state requirements.  

FACE--TO--FACE

I can meet with you in person in the Continental United States, but the minimum rate is $2,500 for a six-hour day and includes my travel expenses if arranged at least three weeks in advance.   Hawaii, Alaska or international destinations are negotiable.  My schedule is very busy, and I can rarely travel on short notice.   Short notice, if available, will require travel expenses be paid in addition to my daily rate.
